Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Design Specialist at Bharti Public School, located in New Delhi. The Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, designing logos, developing branding materials, and performing image editing tasks. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create impactful designs that align with the school's identity and philosophy. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and executing designs for marketing materials, social media content, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring ideas to life through visually engaging designs that reflect the school’s values, culture, and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for:
- Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- School website and digital campaigns
- Event posters, brochures, newsletters, and banners
- Develop visual content for:
- Admissions campaigns
- School events, competitions, and workshops
- Internal communications (presentations, notices, reports)
- Maintain consistency in the school’s brand identity across all platforms
- Collaborate with:
- Marketing team
- Academic staff
- Sports and extracurricular departments
- Edit photos and videos for digital use (basic video editing preferred)
- Stay updated with design trends relevant to education and youth engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (education sector preferred)
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Canva (for quick turnaround content)
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plus)
- Strong typography, layout, and colour sense
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience working with schools, academies, or youth brands
- Understanding of social media content strategy
- Creative storytelling ability through visuals
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
