We are looking for a team member for the “Brand Manager” position within Sütaş Group.

What do we ecpet from our team member?

  • Define brand strategy and set annual targets to drive sustainable growth,
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans in line with strategy,
  • Manage the A&P budget and monitor the effectiveness and ROI of marketing investments,
  • Lead integrated consumer communication and promotion campaigns in collaboration with agencies,
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities,
  • Lead product development and innovation/renovation projects in cross-functional collaboration,
  • Work closely with trade marketing teams to drive category and brand growth,
  • Monitor brand performance, prepare regular reports, and drive action plans to deliver business targets.

Expected Exper,ence & Required Skilss

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,
  • 4–7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG,
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end marketing processes (strategy, planning, execution),
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into business actions,
  • Experience in budget management and cross-functional project management,
  • Familiarity with AI tools and openness to leveraging AI in marketing processes,
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken),
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Nielsen Discover and Ipsos Household Panel knowledge is a plus,
  • Based in Istanbul (preferably on the Anatolian side).
