Primary Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling and brand-aligned web pages, landing pages, and UI components.
- Translate client briefs and business needs into functional, creative design solutions.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and SEO best practices in all designs.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new website features.
- Optimize graphics and layouts for fast-loading, performance-driven websites.
- Maintain and update existing websites to improve usability and design standards.
- Integrate multimedia content such as images, videos, and animations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh ideas to digital campaigns and website layouts.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, web standards, and UI/UX techniques.
Primary Skills
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks (Bootstrap/Foundation).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or custom CMS.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and UI/UX accessibility guidelines.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience working with version control systems like Git is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification in UI/UX design, visual communication, or front-end development is a bonus.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating modern and responsive web designs across various industries.
Experience
- 2 to 10 years of hands-on experience in web design or front-end development roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience working in agency settings or fast-paced digital environments preferred.
