Job Description:
- Manage and lead the social media team – including day-to-day guidance, mentoring, and professional development.
- Take complete ownership of the brand’s digital assets – including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy, encompassing daily content, targeted campaigns, and strategic product launches.
- Oversee and manage the influencer program – from recruitment and onboarding to relationship management and campaign execution.
- Work closely with marketing, creative, studio, and performance teams as part of the broader marketing operation.
- Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and optimize social activities accordingly.
- Identify trends, explore new formats and channels, and bring innovative, creative ideas to promote the brand on social media.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience managing a social media team – a must
- Previous experience working with influencers and/or managing a community – a strong advantage
- Deep familiarity with all major social platforms and the ability to tailor content to different audiences
- Strong marketing sense and ability to align social activities with brand goals
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and team motivation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-interface work environment
- High-level English – an advantage
