Join an exciting project documenting the creation of a premium men's underwear and fitness lifestyle brand. This role focuses on capturing and editing the brand-building journey for YouTube, with additional content for Instagram Reels and TikTok. You will be responsible for filming approximately 10 to 15 YouTube videos annually, each ranging from 8 to 20 minutes, and producing 2 to 3 short-form clips per video for social media. The visual style should be clean, minimal, and masculine, reflecting the brand’s aesthetic. Work will primarily take place in or near Erfurt, Germany, with flexibility for candidates willing to travel. This is a project-based freelance opportunity with the potential for ongoing collaboration.
Deliverables
- Film and edit 10–15 full-length YouTube videos per year (8–20 minutes each)
- Create 2–3 short-form clips per video for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Deliver optimized exports for YouTube and vertical formats
- Apply basic color grading, sound editing, and light motion graphics
- Ensure all content aligns with a clean, minimal, and masculine visual style
- Collaborate on content planning and scheduling
- Manage file organization and timely delivery of assets
Requirements
- Experience filming and editing YouTube content, ideally in fitness or lifestyle sectors
- Proficiency with professional camera, audio, and lighting equipment (equipment can be provided if needed)
- Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Ability to perform basic color grading, sound editing, and add light motion graphics
- Familiarity with social media content formats and optimization for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable with project-based freelance work
- Willingness to work on-site in or near Erfurt, Germany, or travel as required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
