ONE Championship is Asia’s largest global sports media property, and the world’s largest martial arts organization, hosting bouts across all styles of martial arts such as Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA, Grappling, etc. In addition to its digital platforms, ONE Championship broadcasts to over 2.6 billion potential viewers across 190 countries around the world with some of the largest global broadcasters, including Amazon Prime Video, Sky Sports, Globo, Channel 7 HD, U-NEXT, Seven Network, Disney+ Hotstar, and more.
ONE is continually building out its Production team and we are looking for creative individuals to join us. We're now seeking an Assistant Production Manage who will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
- Create, manage and set realistic timelines and ensure all deliverables are met;
- Work closely with cross functional teams such as but not limited to PR, Marketing and Sales, to develop and deliver content to all departments in a timely manner;
- Ensure deliverables are made on time and to all broadcasters in appropriate content and language formats
- Review and assess budgets and expenditure for programs or commercial productions in conformance with the Company’s budgetary restrictions and guidelines;
- Source and negotiate contracts with venues and vendors
- Source for translators and booking management on-site
- Manage talent on-site and scheduling responsibilities
- Coordinate crew and equipment on production trucks
Requirements:
- Open to freelance role(s)
- Must be highly motivated, proactive in learning and a self-starter with high energy and team spirit
- Experience working and multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage workflow, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Fanatical attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with travel
- Prior experience and/or passion in esports, and/or entertainment space would be advantageous
