We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor with expertise in crafting compelling visual narratives across various formats. This role will primarily focus on editing podcast videos but will also involve editing product demos, promotional content, and occasional lifestyle footage.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of storytelling, advanced proficiency in editing software, and the ability to manage post-production workflows efficiently to deliver polished, engaging content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce Instagram reels content related to our product & services
- Brainstorm and create interactive content in the form of reels, posts, and stories to drive sales
- Create/Edit video for Instagram reels & YouTube shorts
- Make videos based on the latest social media trends with viral sounds & effects
- Strategize and plan content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn in a way to maximize reach
- Edit and produce podcast content, including audio/video editing, cuts, and basic post-production
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Knowledgeable in the latest social media trends and enjoy creating and experimenting within the apps in unique and unexpected ways.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media practices and trends
- Ensuring our brand makes a relevant online presence and stands out
- Perform all aspects of creating digital content, including video and audio recording, production, editing, cameras, lighting, microphones and props.
- Edit reels using Inshorts or Instagram Reels and explore appropriate audio Skill(s)
- Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
- Understanding of social media analytics
- On-site coverage/posting during events
- Ability to multitask

- Ability to work to a tight schedule.
- Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
- Video Editing Skills
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of experience as a Video Editor, preferably within a podcasting, agency, or production house setting.
- Proven track record of editing podcast videos or similar talk show content.
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong technical understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Experience in editing a variety of content types: podcasts, product demos, promotional videos, and lifestyle footage.
- Familiarity with audio synchronization, color grading, and motion graphics integration.
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams and adapt to feedback to enhance final output.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and team members.
