About the Opportunity

A growing, multi-brand consumer and B2B organization known for manufacturing unique and widely admired art products is seeking a Senior Designer / Brand & Creative Lead to own and elevate its creative output across all channels.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll serve as the central creative lead—driving brand consistency, building scalable design systems, and delivering best-in-class creative across digital, print, and sales channels.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a strategic designer who can think beyond execution—someone who understands how to translate brand, audience segmentation, and marketing strategy into compelling visual storytelling across multiple business units and customer segments. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales leadership while supporting a large sales organization with high-quality, conversion-driven creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Development & Execution
  • Lead the design and production of creative assets across digital, print, social, and web platforms
  • Develop scalable templates, systems, and guidelines to streamline asset creation

Produce high-impact sales collateral including presentations, lookbooks, and marketing materials

  • Brand & Visual Identity
  • Own and evolve the company’s brand identity across multiple product lines and business units
  • Ensure consistency across all creative outputs while differentiating sub-brands

Extend brand systems across new channels and customer segments

  • Campaign & Performance Marketing Support
  • Translate campaign concepts into polished, multi-channel creative assets
  • Design conversion-focused assets for paid media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)

Support A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve engagement and performance metrics

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
  • Serve as the primary design partner for marketing, product, and sales teams
  • Provide art direction and quality control across all creative deliverables
  • Mentor junior designers, freelancers, or contractors as needed
  • Process Improvement & Innovation
  • Build efficient workflows and digital asset management systems
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve speed, scalability, and output quality
  • Continuously refine creative based on performance insights and user behavior

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • 5–7+ years of professional design experience (B2B, consumer, or multi-brand environments preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaign work, and multi-channel design
  • Experience supporting performance marketing and conversion-focused creative
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and workflows is a plus
