Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Work with the Creative Team in developing ideas and crafting effective marketing materials across various platforms – but primarily on digital and social, and in a mix of both static and animated formats
- Familiarize yourself with Globe’s life-enabling ecosystem of products and services, and the target audience of each brand in our portfolio
- Keep up-to-date and share research on culture, trends, behavior, and language that are relevant to Globe’s customers, and that will help inspire creativity and new learning for your team and better the quality and effectivity of creative output
- Assist your assigned creative supervisor with daily administrative and internal tasks
Who You Are
- As a Creative Dev intern, you are imaginative and playful, seeing things differently and not afraid to try new ideas and express them
- You have a passion for creating content, agile and versatile with how you bring ideas to life
- Currently taking Multimedia Arts / Communications Arts / Fine Arts Major in Advertising or any related Advertising, Marketing, or Creative discipline
- You have promising skill in your creative craft – whether in art direction, design, ideation or copywriting (or all)
- You are a team player – kind, open, but also firm and with a creative point of view.
- You are organized, poised, professional, and focused under pressure
- You must be detail-oriented and you can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- You have exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- You are not afraid to express yourself – to speak, to share ideas and opinions, and to present them
