Join our fast growing DTC brand and lead the creative strategy behind high performing paid social campaigns. This role combines consumer psychology, performance marketing, creative production, and team leadership to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a creative production team, including video editors, designers, copywriters, and content creators.
• Develop winning creative concepts, messaging angles, hooks, and campaign strategies for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social channels.
• Turn consumer insights and marketing data into high converting creative campaigns.
• Build creative testing frameworks and continuously generate new concepts based on performance insights.
• Analyze creative performance using metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, Hook Rate, and Hold Rate.
• Write creative briefs, scripts, and performance focused copy, while collaborating with internal teams and external creators.
• Optimize creative workflows, manage production priorities, and ensure timely delivery of high volume creative assets.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, Growth Marketing, or a DTC marketing role.
• Experience leading creative teams, production teams, or freelancers.
• Proven success creating high performing paid social campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and short form video.
• Knowledge of direct response marketing, consumer psychology, and creative testing methodologies.
• Experience writing creative briefs, ad scripts, hooks, and performance copy.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, and project management skills
