Creative Strategist Jobs in Argentina at Digital Executive

We are hiring a full-time Creative Specialist to support high-volume creative production for a fast-growing oral hygiene brand. This role sits between strategy and execution, reviewing AI-generated scripts, refining messaging, coordinating with agencies, and ensuring creatives are approved and performance-ready before launch. Your job will be to think critically, refine, greenlight, and move creative forward without bottlenecks. This is a proactive, forward-thinking role for someone who can operate independently, maintain quality at scale, and communicate clearly across internal teams and external agencies. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.

Salary: $2,500/mo 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review scripts and refine messaging for clarity, tone, and performance potential.
  • Greenlight scripts and move them efficiently to external agencies for production.
  • Review first-round creative outputs (video, static, image-based assets) and provide clear, actionable feedback.
  • Use internal tools to analyze creative libraries across 40+ similar brands to inform direction and angles.
  • Identify winning concepts, hooks, and patterns from existing creatives and apply insights to new scripts.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure brand alignment and speed of execution.
  • Contribute written copy for static ads and supporting creative elements.
  • Review and improve internal creative workflows and processes to support scale.
  • Maintain quality control across high production volume (60–70 videos per week and growing).

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or DTC brand marketing.
  • Strong script-writing and script-editing ability.
  • Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Experience reviewing video and static ad creatives with a performance lens.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools for script generation and creative iteration.
  • Able to identify strong hooks, offers, and direct-response angles.
  • Independent operator who can make judgment calls without constant direction.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain standards in high-volume environments.
  • Experience working with both internal creative teams and external agencies.
  • Extensive experience in Slack, Notion, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Figma, Video editing software, script writing, and leveraging AI.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in health, beauty, wellness, or consumer product brands.
  • Background in scaling paid social creative (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Experience building or refining creative review processes.
