We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Group Marketing Officer to strengthen the presence of Vivere Hotel and Resorts and its affiliated brands. Your Role
- Take Ownership: Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, brand activations, and promotional initiatives that strengthen the visibility and reputation of our hospitality and lifestyle brands.
- Lead with Heart: Build meaningful relationships with internal teams, business partners, media, influencers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Ignite Innovation: Develop creative marketing strategies, compelling content, and engaging experiences that connect with audiences across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
- Value Integrity: Ensure all marketing communications consistently reflect our brand identity, values, and quality standards while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Endeavor Excellence: Monitor campaign performance, analyze market trends, and continuously optimize marketing initiatives to maximize brand awareness, guest engagement, and business growth.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, events, or communications, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, brand development, digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple brands and marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, writing, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with marketing agencies, media partners, and external suppliers is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and conduct on-site visits across assigned Group properties as business needs require.
