About the role
You’ll lead client relationships and drive organic social strategy across a range of industries. Your focus: build impactful social campaigns, elevate storytelling, and deliver high‑quality creative from concept to final output. You’ll guide production across graphics, photo, and video, keeping everything aligned with strategy, platform best practices, and each client’s brand voice.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop creative social campaigns and content shoots that win attention
- Use data to guide short‑form and UGC content strategy
- Provide clear creative direction and ensure final outputs hit strategic goals
- Oversee visual production, including graphics, photography, and editing
- Maintain client satisfaction through consistent quality and results
- Manage production resources, budgets, and tools for the creative team
- Recruit and coordinate internal talent, freelancers, and models
- Audit and QA all client deliverables
- Lead a team of 3 to 5 creatives to strong performance
Success Metrics
- Client retention and satisfaction
- Achievement of engagement, growth, and conversion KPIs
- On‑time delivery of commitments
- Identifying and pitching growth opportunities
- Positive client feedback
Requirements
- Agency or similar experience
- 5 years in social media marketing
- Experience producing high-performing short-form UGC content for Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok
- Strong understanding of social trends and viral behavior
- Comfortable with data and performance goals
- People‑focused and comfortable filming with strangers
- Design‑driven with an eye for visuals
- Background leading social strategy across multiple platforms
- Collaborative and supportive team mindset
