Elevate is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Team Member in Brookfield, WI. This is a W2 position working inside retail partner locations, focused on customer engagement, product promotion, and sales support for nationally recognized brands.
We are looking for individuals who are energetic, people-focused, and ready to build a career in retail sales and customer service. This role offers paid training, a weekly base pay, and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions based on performance.
Compensation: Average weekly earnings range from $900 – $1,800 per week (base pay + commission). Full compensation details will be reviewed during the interview process.
What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Responsibilities):
- Work inside retail locations engaging with customers face-to-face
- Promote products and services while building brand awareness
- Educate customers, answer questions, and assist with enrollment and purchases
- Deliver a high level of customer service and sales support
- Learn and apply sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication strategies
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
- Maintain a professional and energetic presence while working on your feet
- Collaborate with team members to execute retail marketing campaigns
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable working with the public
- Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) including weekends
- Reliable transportation to and from retail locations
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus (not required)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
