Your Role
We are seeking a highly creative and style-savvy Senior Creative Designer to join our team and contribute to our prestigious hospitality projects.
This role is responsible for developing bespoke design narratives and translating them into cohesive, high-quality physical expressions across the resort ecosystem – including uniforms, F&B tabletop collections, guest room accessories, OSE (Operating Supplies & Equipment), and key public-area design details.
The Senior Creative Designer will bridge storytelling, cultural insight, brand strategy, and operational functionality – ensuring every touchpoint contributes to a seamless, elevated guest experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the design process through visual research, concept development, and detail design
- Deliver strong visual presentation
- Conduct sample checks for materials and quality to ensure high standards
- Provide product styling to enhance installations and create captivating guest experiences
- Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and meet tight deadlines
Our Requirements
- 8-12+ years in luxury hospitality, integrated resort, high-end retail, or luxury product design
- Experience in uniform design, tabletop, and bespoke object development preferred
- Background working with Asian or Chinese guest markets strongly preferred
- Experience in in-house teams or owner-operator environments is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and narrative driven design solutions
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and production processes
- Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into tangible deliverables
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering multiple projects of high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas effectively
- Collaborative and adaptable nature, able to work effectively within a team environment
- Excellent understanding of luxury detailing and production realities
- Open-mindedness, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional design experiences
- Fluent in English a MUST, Cantonese a plus
- Business travel to Macao when required
- You will be based in Hong Kong for this role
