The Role.

As a Junior Content Producer (Photographer, Videographer & Producer) at iD x Noisy Group, you’re the person who turns ideas into scroll-stopping content. You conceptualise, shoot and edit high-quality visual assets — from stills to short-form video, campaigns to hype reels — all designed to elevate our brands and deliver impact.

You’re hands-on across the full production process. You bring creative thinking, technical skill and production know-how. You can run smaller shoots alongside a Senior Producer, you’re well-connected, and you love solving problems on the fly. Fast-paced environments energise you, and you’re always levelling up your craft.

What You’ll Do.

Photography

  • Lead and execute professional shoots for social, campaigns, lifestyle, product, events and more.
  • Manage lighting, composition, and capture high-resolution RAW imagery.

Videography

  • Plan, shoot and direct engaging video content for social, web, long-form, interviews, events and testimonials.
  • Navigate pre-production (storyboards, shot lists), on-set direction, lighting and audio capture.

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit a variety of content including social assets, brand films, interviews, case studies and hype reels.
  • Work confidently across Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and supporting tools.
  • Manage ingesting, organising and versioning footage.
  • Sync audio, cut footage, add motion graphics, subtitles and apply platform best practices.
  • Understand offline/online workflows and support the Senior Producer with schedules and deadlines.
  • Maintain asset libraries and edit suite organisation.

Qualifications + Behaviours

  • 1–2+ years’ experience in photography, videography, post-production and/or content creation within an agency or busy in-house team.
  • A strong, diverse portfolio is essential.
  • Experience or interest in production and on-set logistics.
  • Skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom and sound/colour workflows.
  • Confident operating pro-level camera systems (Sony Alpha/FX, Blackmagic, RED etc), lighting and audio gear.
  • Strong understanding of lighting setups, studio/natural environments and sound recording.
  • Knowledge of export specs best suited to social platforms.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to plan, conceptualise and execute content end-to-end.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, taking direction and adapting to feedback.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator.
  • Driver’s licence a bonus.

What You Can Expect.

  • A creative, energised environment where every day is different.
  • The chance to work across a diverse mix of brands, categories and campaign styles.
