Job Summary:

We're seeking a creative and highly skilled Social Media Content Creator with a high level of experience and technical knowledge of Videography, Photography, Editing and Ai tools to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing truly compelling and social-first content for multiple luxury client accounts.

Your focus will be on bringing the strategy and creative ideas to life through a multi medium approach, ensuring timely and engaging (social first) content is delivered for various luxury clients and their digital marketing channels. Our ethos is centerred around making media businesses out of our clients, so the content we create has to always feel like high value, interesting, engaging media, not cookie-cuter brochure walk throughs (our enemy).

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Production (Videography & Photography)

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for digital and social media platforms.
  • Work across a variety of environments—from on-location shoots to controlled studio settings.
  • Set up and manage lighting, audio, and camera equipment for different shoot styles.
  • Capture engaging and dynamic footage optimised for different content formats, including short-form (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos.

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit high-quality videos, ensuring smooth transitions, colour grading, sound mixing, and visual enhancements.
  • Retouch and optimise photography for digital use, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Export content in multiple formats optimised for web, social media, and marketing purposes.
  • Manage and organise raw footage, assets, and content libraries.

Technical Expertise

  • Operate and maintain professional camera equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless, cinema cameras, drones, etc.).
  • Have a strong command of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and Lightroom.
  • Understand colour correction, colour grading, and sound design for high-end content delivery.
  • Work with motion graphics (basic level) or collaborate with designers for added animations/effects.

Content Strategy & Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative teams, marketing teams, and clients to develop compelling visual content.
  • Provide input on creative direction, storyboarding, and shot composition for content projects.
  • Stay updated on social media trends to ensure content aligns with platform-specific best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

  • Proven technical expertise and hands-on experience in videography, photography, and editing.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects (studio, location shoots, digital campaigns).
  • Experimentation with Ai tools and content

Equipment:

  • Must own a high-performance editing computer capable of handling 4K+ video and large photography files.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of video production, editing, and post-production workflows.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and framing techniques.
  • Familiarity with audio recording, sound editing, and basic colour grading.
  • Passionate about using ai to improve timelines and workflows

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Some design experience (Illustrator, Canva, or Photoshop for social media content).
  • Experience working with motion graphics, animation, or visual effects.
  • Drone operation and certification (if applicable).

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work on exciting and creative projects across various premium industries.
  • Invitation and participation in exclusive launch parties, product gifting, luxury restaurant dining and more.
  • A dynamic and collaborative team environment where autonomy and creativity is truly valued.
  • Potential for growth and long-term opportunities within the company.
  • Access to cutting-edge content projects for digital and social media platforms.
  • Birthdays off
  • Flexible work environment
  • One month remote working every year

What Success Looks Like

  • You take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery.
  • You proactively identify risks, blockers and workload pressures before they become issues.
  • You are highly organised and capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • You consistently translate creative ideas into completed, client-ready content.
  • You are comfortable working independently and solving problems without constant direction.
  • You communicate clearly and early when priorities need to shift.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced agency environment where accountability and delivery are equally important as creativity.

This Role Is Not For You If

  • You need close day-to-day management to stay on track.
  • You regularly wait for direction rather than taking ownership.
  • You find proactive communication difficult.
  • You enjoy brainstorming *more* than execution.
  • You prefer a role focused solely on content production rather than creative ownership and client impact.
