Protect is a streetwear clothing brand started in London, UK in 2022. The brand takes inspiration from the 90s-2000s era, and has been steadily growing since the start. One of the current priorities at the moment, is to strengthen the internal company structure and expand the team!
Role Description
You will be responsible for creating and managing social media content that that is engaging; however, also aligns with our brand identity. The content would be made primarily for TikTok and our secondary Instagram page (@protectnocap). You would also assist in filming Youtube content. You’ll work closely with the team during campaign shoots while also planning and executing independent content days.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and produce TikTok content aligned with brand identity and current trends
- Manage posting, scheduling, and day to day activity for our secondary Instagram account
- Plan, film, and edit short-form video content independently
- Attend brand photoshoots and capture BTS content
- Develop creative concepts for ongoing content series and campaigns
- Monitor performance and adapt content strategy based on engagement and analytics
- Stay up to date with fashion, TikTok, and Instagram trends
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to maintain a consistent brand image
Requirements
- Experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of short-form video storytelling
- Comfortable filming, editing, and appearing behind the camera when needed
- Knowledge of current social media trends and platform algorithms
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage posting schedules
- Interest in fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with editing tools (CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut, etc.)
