Job Description
As Savona's first content hire, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge generative AI and high-quality video production. You’ll use tools like Sora and Runway to deliver branded content for early design partners, eventually scaling your impact by training client teams and evolving into a strategic account management leader.

What You Will Do
- Produce high-quality, branded AI videos for clients by mastering tools like Runway, Sora, Kling, and ElevenLabs to meet specific creative briefs.
- Collaborate directly with early design partners to iterate on feedback, ensuring AI-generated outputs meet professional standards for ads, demos, and social content.
- Develop training programs to onboard client teams onto the Savona platform, transitioning into an account management role as the product scales.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience generating professional-grade AI video using tools like Sora, Runway, or HeyGen, supported by a strong portfolio of creative work.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to take complex client briefs and explain technical AI creative decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, pre-seed startup environment where roles evolve quickly and the ability to work independently is essential for success.
