Job Description
Campaign Setup
- Coordinate with Regional OM account managers to gather specific campaign requirements such as campaign objective, target audience, budget and creative assets. Translate brief inputs into executable campaigns.
- Set up and launch campaigns across various ad platforms including Meta, Google and Tik Tok.
- Refresh creative assets (banners, videos, ad text) across ad platforms
- Ensure accurate implementation of campaign namings and tracking parameters to enable campaign measurement and attribution.
- Manage multiple campaign launches and creative refreshes across Monee business units simultaneously without missing deadlines.
Troubleshooting
- Regularly monitor ad delivery & troubleshoot any issues related to ad delivery and tracking.
Operational Efficiency
- Continually improve the efficiency of routine workflows through exploration of AI tools and agents/ collaboration with account managers and Ad tech team
Communication & Stakeholder management
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across markets, keeping them informed of the progress of campaign launch/ refresh.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any quantitative field
- English Proficiency: Strong communication skills to work effectively across regional and local teams.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on quality and a proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Technical Savvy: A fast learner who masters new tools quickly and contributes efficiently.
- AI & Automation: Eager to explore and apply AI tools/agents to improve work efficiency..
- Data Analytics: Comfortable with utilizing Microsoft Excel and other data analytics tools
- Critical Thinking: Strong logical reasoning skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Agility: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
