Social Media Manager & Content Creator
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to oversee and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media content strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with the organization's brand and objectives.
Manage and maintain all social media accounts, ensuring regular updates and consistent brand messaging.
Capture professional-quality photographs and videos at events, projects, and activities for use across digital platforms.
Write compelling captions, articles, stories, and promotional content to maximize audience engagement.
Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and promotional activities.
Work closely with management and stakeholders to promote organizational initiatives, events, and achievements.
