Are you with us?
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating training programs, including logistics and participant engagement.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of training materials (e.g. product guides, job aids etc.) when required.
- Facilitate product training sessions for store employees under guidance and independently, including basic demonstrations and knowledge sharing.
- Support training sessions, including facilitation, learner support during sessions, and post‑training evaluations.
- Assist with preparing training environments (in‑store or virtual), including setup of materials, technology, and learning aids.
- Communicate learning initiatives to employees and promote participation.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations.
- Stay informed about industry and retail product trends relevant to learning and development.
- Assist in executing learning and development projects and ad hoc initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Have or are pursuing a relevant HR, teaching, learning, retail, or training-related qualification
- An interest in training, facilitation, or knowledge sharing (formal experience not essential)
- Have excellent administration skills in dealing with volumes of data in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Excel
- Attention to detail
- Enjoy dealing with people and have a strong customer service orientation
- Be a committed team player
- Ability to multitask
- Basic presentation and facilitation skills, with the confidence to speak to small groups
- Ability to explain products or concepts clearly and simply
- Willingness to learn and adapt training delivery based on audience needs
