Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Reel Maker role based in Amman, Jordan. The Reel Maker is responsible for planning, shooting, and editing short-form video content (such as Instagram Reels and similar formats) that aligns with XPAND’s brand and client campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming concepts with the marketing team, writing simple scripts or outlines, capturing footage on-site or in studio settings, and editing videos with music, graphics, and captions. The role also involves optimizing reels for social media platforms, staying updated on trends, and collaborating with designers, copywriters, and account managers to deliver engaging content on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate photo shoots, video productions, and marketing campaigns.
Develop and manage production schedules, locations, equipment, and logistics.
Supervise on-site production activities and coordinate with photographers, videographers, and production teams.
Oversee post-production processes, including video editing, retouching, and final content review.
Ensure all production outputs align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with external production houses, studios.
Monitor production budgets, timelines, and overall project efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in media production or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Strong project coordination and production management skills.
Good understanding of photography, videography, and post-production workflows.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
