Production Assistant (Podcasts) Jobs in Fort Lauderdale, FL at Creative Circle
Global entertainment company is seeking a Production Assistant (Podcasts) to join their team through May 2027. This is a 40 hour/week role.
This role requires 5 days/week onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Work hours are 10-7pm daily. Weekend/holiday work may be requested on an as-needed basis.
The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional operator with excellent communication, project management and analytical skills. You will work closely with programming teams, podcast managers, producers and stakeholders to identify distribution opportunities, track performance and support data-informed decisions that grow engagement across platforms.
MUST HAVE:
-1+ year of digital media experience
-Experience as a production assistant or similar field
-Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Premiere)
-Video publishing with services like YouTube
-Knowledge of the podcast industry
-Strong editorial instinct with the ability to create short-form clips from broader podcast moments
-Ability to work occasional nights, weekends and holidays
NICE TO HAVE:
-Prior entertainment/news experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Upload full podcast episodes to internal platforms with producers to publish podcast clips as VOD and vertical videos
-Collaborate daily with product and key stakeholders to review performance
-Partner with marketing to explore promotional opportunities
-Communicate daily with the internal teams to ensure publishing is running smoothly
-Track data and communicate performance to broader group, including key stakeholders
-Provide updates in meetings with key stakeholders such as production, marketing, editorial and sales
-Coordinate the creation of backend publishing needs to launch Podcast show pages and playlists
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
