Social Media Content Creator
About the Role
We're looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, capturing, and editing engaging content that showcases our brand, products, and team. You'll primarily work behind the camera, filming our team members, customers, and other on-camera talent while producing high-quality content for our social media channels.
Responsibilities
– Film high-quality content featuring team members, customers, products, and other on-camera talent in our retail store, warehouse, office, and at company events.
– Edit short-form and long-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
– Capture behind-the-scenes content, product demonstrations, educational videos, customer interactions, and company culture.
– Create graphics, photos, and other digital content that aligns with our brand.
– Develop and maintain a content calendar and help execute our social media strategy.
– Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
– Collaborate with leadership and other team members to plan marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and live shopping content.
– Monitor content performance and suggest new ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness.
– Maintain an organized library of photos and video assets.
Qualifications
– Experience creating content for social media platforms.
– Strong videography and video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
– Experience with photography and basic graphic design is a plus.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
– Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
– Comfortable directing on-camera talent to capture engaging, authentic content.
– Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
– Interest in collectibles or Disney pin is a bonus.
