What Youll Do
- Collaborate with the Real Estate Department in producing property related marketing collaterals including, but not limited to flyers, signages, information memorandum, and property decks.
- Work with our social media officer in creating engaging content across all SKF channels
- Assists in the property shoots, coverage for internal and external events as well as media briefings; Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for various platforms (social media, web, marketing campaigns, etc.)
- Work with the Marketing Manager in establishing key templates and presentations to align with the global Knight Frank standards and branding.
- Utilized industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Video editing tools, (After effects, Premiere Pro), and other relevant tools.
- Use your editing skills to polish visualsthink color grading, audio syncing, basic animation, and effects
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across projects and platforms
- Organize and manage digital assets with attention to detail
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in photography and videography (please share your portfolio!)
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, sound, and camera operation
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple creative projects under tight deadlines
- Has Great Communication Skills to build relationship with multicultural professionals.
