The Role
As Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging, on-brand content across social and digital platforms. You are both creative and technical: confident behind the camera and equally strong in post-production using Adobe Creative Suite.
You understand what performs on TikTok and Instagram, but you also know how to elevate it to feel distinctly Gisou.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Concept and produce engaging short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Paid media)
- Shoot product-focused, lifestyle, and trend-driven content (in-house and on location)
- Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual storytelling
- Capture reactive, trend-led content while maintaining brand consistency
Editing & Post-Production
- Edit high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro / Cap Cut
- Refine visuals and color grade using Photoshop & popular editing apps
- Create graphics, transitions, and dynamic text overlays
- Ensure content is optimized per platform (ratio, pacing, hooks, captions)
Brand & Performance Alignment
- Collaborate with Brand, Social, and Performance teams
- Ensure content balances creativity with performance objectives
- Analyze engagement and performance metrics to refine future output
- Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and cultural moments
Who You Are
- 3–5+ years of experience in content creation, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video and editing skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite / Figma (Premiere Pro & Cap Cut are required)
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and evolving platform dynamics
- Strong instinct for viral, relatable copywriting and the ability to translate trends into content that aligns with Gisou’s tone of voice
- Excellent eye for composition, lighting, pacing, and storytelling
- Fluent in English
- Digitally native and trend-aware
- Fast, agile, and highly proactive
- Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sensibility
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Confident both independently and in collaborative settings
