Partnering with a leading, contemporary art platform connecting renowned artists and cultural institutions with a global community of collectors and enthusiasts. The platform creates limited-edition artworks and partnerships that make discovering and collecting art more accessible.
Role Overview:
I am looking for a Creative & Content Lead to run a high-quality content operation spanning multiple weekly edition launches. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for producing standout creative across copy, design, photography and video, ensuring every output meets a consistently high standard.
The role balances hands-on creative direction with operational leadership, acting as the final sign-off while keeping a fast-moving production pipeline unblocked and efficient. Alongside delivering day-to-day campaigns, you will shape creative concepts with artists and partners, define content standards, and use performance insight to continuously improve impact and effectiveness.
Typical Week:
- Running a high-volume content operation across multiple weekly launches
- Reviewing and signing off all campaign content (copy, design, photo, video)
- Directing creatives to deliver high-quality outputs across releases
- Shaping concepts for key artist and institutional campaigns
- Reworking plans with Ops as priorities and timelines shift
- Stepping in hands-on (Figma/CMS) to unblock delivery when needed
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary creative team
- Set and deliver creative direction for edition launch campaigns
- Act as final sign-off for all content before publication
- Maintain consistency and quality across all channels and formats
- Drive strong storytelling across digital and social platforms
- Develop creative ideas with artists and institutional partners
- Own content standards, systems and production workflows
- Partner with Ops on resourcing, delivery and budgets
- Shape content strategy and improve performance using data
- Guard brand expression across all outputs
Main Skills & Experience
- Experience leading creative/content teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong art direction with ability to uphold quality across others' work
- Confident owning sign-off without becoming a bottleneck
- Strong understanding of production workflows (Figma, CMS, asset systems)
- Experience delivering content strategies tied to commercial outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and tight timelines
- Strong cross-functional collaborator (creative, ops, marketing, commercial)
- Background in culture, fashion, media, tech, publishing or high-growth brands
