CAMILLA is seeking freelance support on a temporary basis to assist with content creation and social media management. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative self-starter to help bring the CAMILLA world to life through short-form video content and engaging social campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Film, edit, and publish engaging short-form video content that embodies CAMILLA’s brand DNA.
- Manage the social calendar and schedule content aligned with campaigns, product drops, and retail moments.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, sounds, and platform updates to ensure CAMILLA is always culturally relevant.
- Partner with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to co-create content and amplify reach.
- Engage with the CAMILLA community daily – responding to comments, DMs, and user-generated content to build brand loyalty.
- Support paid social campaigns by providing creative input and optimising content based on performance data.
- Uphold CAMILLA’s aesthetic, tone of voice, and luxury positioning across every post and interaction.
About You
- Proven experience creating social media content for fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- TikTok-first mindset with a strong understanding of short-form video content.
- Skilled in native editing tools (TikTok, CapCut, Instagram Reels) and scheduling/analytics platforms.
- Confident in reading social data and optimising content for reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Familiar with influencer partnerships and paid social tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
- Up-to-date with emerging social trends, platforms, and features.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
