About This Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work as part of a collaborative team to deliver creative and content for marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will use data, insights and audience segmentation to shape engaging and visually compelling campaigns that generate sales, attract new leads, and support customer retention.
This role has a strong focus on performance-driven creative and brand development, including the design of digital and offline assets, and helping to evolve and strengthen the Grain brand across all touchpoints. By combining creativity with analytical thinking, you will ensure all design work looks great, delivers measurable impact and supports our growth across the UK.
