Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing & Content Coordinator to help grow the We Are Desco brand, increase competition registrations, engage our community, and support sponsorship and partnership activities.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
* Develop and execute social media content plans.
* Write engaging captions, announcements, and marketing copy.
* Coordinate graphic design and video production requirements.
* Manage content calendars across all platforms.
* Create content related to competitions, jurors, winners, sponsors, and community activities.
* Repurpose content into multiple formats (posts, stories, reels, newsletters, articles).
Social Media Management
* Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
* Monitor engagement and respond to community inquiries.
* Track content performance and suggest improvements.
* Grow audience reach and engagement organically.
Marketing & Campaigns
* Support the launch and promotion of competitions.
* Coordinate email marketing campaigns.
* Assist in planning advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
* Collaborate with media partners and sponsors to maximize exposure.
* Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and audience segments.
Community Growth
* Support ambassador and university engagement initiatives.
* Coordinate promotional activities with universities and student organizations.
* Help build and maintain relationships with architecture communities and influencers.
Reporting
* Track registrations, reach, engagement, and campaign performance.
* Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommendations.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.
* Excellent English writing and communication skills.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital marketing.
* Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
* Knowledge of architecture, design, or creative industries is a plus.
* Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
