Role Purpose
This role focuses on turning ideas, concepts, and brand vision into consistent day-to-day marketing execution across social media, campaigns, content, collaborations, and brand initiatives.
The Marketing Coordinator ensures that all marketing efforts are organized, on-brand, timely, and creatively aligned while actively contributing ideas and supporting the growth and visibility of the brands.

Core Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate and execute day-to-day marketing activities across channels
- Turn creative direction and ideas into actionable marketing initiatives
- Support campaign planning, launches, and brand activations
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and communication
- Organize and maintain marketing calendars and content schedules
- Follow up on timelines, deliverables, and execution details
Social Media & Content
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content
- Coordinate content creation for channels
- Assist in developing captions, stories, content ideas, and community engagement
- Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and creative assets
- Monitor trends, references, and platform opportunities
- Track performance metrics and provide basic insights and reporting
Collaborations & Brand Initiatives
- Coordinate collaborations with creators, partners, and external contributors
- Assist in organizing events, launches, partnerships, and campaigns
- Support communication with vendors, creatives, and production partners
- Help identify new opportunities for visibility, engagement, and creative growth
