This is a high-impact role for a creative communicator ready to drive digital growth and manage the end-to-end journey for prospective families. You will leverage tools like Meta Ads, Canva, and WordPress to elevate the brand of one of the region's most respected educational institutions.
The Role
- Lead the charge on digital marketing campaigns, specifically managing Meta advertising and social media content creation to boost school visibility.
- Serve as the creative lead for external communications, including the production of weekly digital newsletters and termly magazines using Mailchimp and desktop publishing tools.
- Optimize and manage website content via WordPress to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience for prospective parents.
- Drive the admissions pipeline by managing enquiries through the school MIS and acting as a brand ambassador during open mornings and campus tours.
- Support the Director of Marketing in executing full-funnel marketing strategies that align with the school's heritage and growth goals.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a specific focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Business Suite and paid social campaigns.
- Proficiency in creative toolsets including Canva for design, WordPress for CMS management, and Mailchimp for automated email marketing.
- Outstanding written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail, capable of drafting compelling copy for different audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while managing School Management Information Systems (MIS).
- A professional, welcoming, and high-energy approach to building relationships with prospective families and stakeholders.
