We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Video Editor with a strong passion for TikTok and Instagram to help plan, create, and publish engaging, social-first content. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about digital storytelling, trends, and audience engagement.

Creatorville is a boutique strategic consultancy that helps companies build success in the creator economy. Now, as part of SWNS Media Group, we’re creating our own publishing network, launching original multi-platform content that engages audiences and generates revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Production, Editorial & Post-Production:
- Create and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, optimised for performance and engagement
- Monitor the TikTok and Instagram channels
- Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content, and platform updates
- Support the planning and execution of TikTok & Instagram-first content calendars
- Assist lead editors and upload rushes/project files to Shade.Inc
- Engage with analytics and audience insights to understand what’s working
- Assist with planning and shooting content for our formats
- Support our producer on shoots, whether these are studio recordings or location shoots
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple editing projects
Skills & Experience
- Video production and editing skills, including the use of Adobe Creative Suite & Canva
- Experience with social media, and understanding of platforms including TikTok and Instagram
- Ability to take feedback on board and amend edits quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop.
- Understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- A creative mindset with an interest in digital content and storytelling
