The main goal of Biosil is to resonate and acquire new audiences through social media platforms.
We are hiring highly creative content creator to lead the growth of our social media channels through the development of content concepts from A – Z that are geared toward virality. We are setting the bar high and are seeking exponential growth on social media channels as this is critically important to the growth of the brand. All we want from you is maximum creative content output geared toward virality.
It’s up to you to impress us. Come up with a concept/ campaign idea that blows us away, on brand. Something that makes us think, sh*t we should have done that’. That’s your way in.
Position Overview
The creative content creator will focus primarily on
- Creative idea development.
- Content production.
- Working with the Social Manager to execute on social channels.
In this role, you need to make the creative ideas come to life. We want you to look outside of the box and develop content ideas that feel disruptive, fresh, emotionally compelling, and highly shareable and highly performant. Produce this content, test it and post it on our channels. You are not responsible for daily posting, community management, scheduling, or platform management.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Idea Development
- Develop out-of-the-box content ideas that blow us away and designed to generate views and shares on TikTok and Instagram.
- Create content ideas that are on brand.
- Translate complex and boring supplement education into engaging, entertaining, and visually compelling concepts.
- Thinks beyond traditional marketing campaigns.
- Pitch new creative concepts weekly.
Content Production
- Work with the Social Media manager and coordinator to bring concepts to life.
- Create detailed creative briefs, mood boards, shot lists, hooks, and storytelling directions.
- Organize the shoot: source talent/ creators/ influencers.
- Lead the shoot with the sourced talent.
- Edit the content from the shoot.
- Test the content so that the hooks are optimized for minimum drop-off, this using trail reels/ cila app.
Execution
- Adapt the content to be suited for the appropriate channel being either TikTok or Instagram.
- Post the content.
- Report on content performance.
- Learn for performance and adapt future content accordingly.
Analysis
- You are native on Instagram and TikTok and understand the mechanisms to go viral, create the right hooks.
- Identify emerging social trends, creative formats, creator behaviors, and consumer conversations before they become mainstream.
- Spot viral formats that can be used for Biosil.
- Research and present trend insights, creative references, and competitive analysis monthly.
- You analyze the content performance and take action accordingly to improve.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in content creation
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation
- Native in TikTok and Instagram
- Excellent communication
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Strong visual eye and understanding of modern luxury aesthetics
