We Are Hiring
UNO Hotels is looking for a results-driven Digital Ads Manager to manage and scale paid campaigns across our UK hotels and restaurant brands.
This role is focused on one thing:
Driving bookings, leads, enquiries, and footfall through paid digital channels.
We are looking for someone who understands performance, optimisation, and commercial return — not just someone who “runs ads.”
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Drive:
- hotel bookings
- restaurant reservations
- event & group enquiries
- local footfall
- Manage budgets, targeting, audience segmentation, and campaign structure
- Build and optimise retargeting and conversion funnels
- Improve ROAS, cost per lead, and conversion rates
- Run location-based campaigns for UK hospitality markets
- Coordinate with creative/content team on ad creatives and messaging
- Track campaign performance and provide weekly reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience managing:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Strong understanding of:
- conversion tracking
- audience targeting
- campaign optimisation
- retargeting
- lead generation
- Experience generating bookings, leads, enquiries, or sales through paid ads
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Strong execution ability and commercial awareness
Preferred:
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, food & beverage, or local business marketing
- Understanding of UK market and location-based advertising
KPIs
- Cost per lead / booking
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Conversion rates
- Booking / enquiry volume
- Campaign scalability and efficiency
