Role Overview
As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating sales and marketing projects from conception to completion. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to develop project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing sales and marketing projects
- Coordinate internal teams, including sales, marketing, and creative departments
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and clients
- Identify risks or delays and help implement solutions
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Support campaign performance tracking and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, marketing, or sales support (internships welcome)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns and sales processes
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
