The role
As a Junior Content Planner, you will be part of the Central Content team working across our Nordic markets. Your focus will be planning and optimizing our PTV channels, ensuring a strong and competitive schedule, while also being responsible for promo orders with the creative team and creating monthly internal decks (Monthly highlights).
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about content and wants to work at the intersection of planning, performance, and promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule content across PTV channels to ensure a strong weekly offering
- Support performance follow-up and contribute to optimizing schedules
- Order promos and creative materials for PTV and SVOD
- Create content highlights and monthly materials for internal communication
- Ensure systems and tools related to scheduling are updated and accurate
- Act as a coordination point for key information such as premieres, rights, and content priorities
- Contribute to improving workflows and ways of working
What we’re looking for

- Structured and organized, with strong attention to detail
- Analytical, with an interest in performance and optimization
- Curious about content and what drives audience engagement
- A proactive and solution-oriented team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Confident working in digital tools and systems (Excel/Office)
- Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language
It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience from a planning, coordination, or administrative role
- Interest or experience in TV scheduling, media, or streaming
- Experience working cross-functionally
