The Opportunity
This is not a traditional Head of Brand role. This is an opportunity to lead the transformation of Watershed, our flagship craft distillery, into one of the most admired premium spirits brands in the United States. You will own the brand end-to-end, from strategy and innovation to creative leadership, commercial performance and the consumer experience. You’ll work with a talented, high-trust team. We're looking for a builder, not a maintainer.
Your Mission
Own the Watershed brand end-to-end, driving brand equity, consumer love and profitable growth across every touchpoint.

Who You Are
You are an exceptional senior brand marketer with a proven track record of building, repositioning and growing brands that deliver both consumer impact and commercial success.
You are creative at your core. You think differently, challenge assumptions and bring bold ideas that make brands impossible to ignore.
You are a hands-on leader. You stay close to the work, shape creative direction, refine execution and inspire your team by leading from the front.
You understand today's consumers and know how to build brands that earn attention and stay culturally relevant. You stay ahead of changing consumer behaviors rather than relying on traditional marketing playbooks.
You combine creativity with commercial discipline and have a proven ability to translate brand vision into measurable business results.
You thrive in entrepreneurial environments where ownership, autonomy, speed and experimentation matter. Most importantly, you are excited by the opportunity to modernize, reposition and scale an established craft brand into its next chapter of growth.
What You'll Bring
• You have experience in the craft spirits industry, premium beverage alcohol, or premium FMCG, and a demonstrated ability to build distinctive brands and drive sustainable commercial growth.
• Proven P&L ownership and commercial results
• Outstanding creative judgement
• Leadership and people development experience
• Beverage alcohol or premium consumer goods experience preferred
• Craft spirits, hospitality or experiential marketing experience is a plus
Location
Preferred location is Columbus or Cincinnati, Ohio. Exceptional candidates based in the Midwest, New York City, or other major U.S. cities will also be considered. Travel to Columbus, Ohio will be required on a regular basis as business needs dictate.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected base salary range is $150,000 – $180,000, determined by location and experience, plus a target annual bonus of 20%. Marussia Beverages USA also offers medical, dental, and vision coverage; Simple IRA with company match; and paid time off and company holidays.
