About Arabian Aroma
Arabian Aroma is a fast-growing D2C fragrance brand focused on creating high-quality, long-lasting perfumes crafted for Indian consumers. We are building a brand that combines strong product performance, premium experience, and accessible pricing across digital, marketplace, and offline channels.
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Brand Head to lead the next phase of our brand journey.
This role will own the development and growth of the brand across digital, marketplace, packaging, content, campaigns, and offline touchpoints. The ideal candidate should be able to build strong brand positioning, drive integrated marketing initiatives, shape consumer perception, and deliver consistent storytelling across every customer touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall brand strategy, positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity
- Lead the annual brand calendar, campaign planning, and seasonal / occasion-based launches
- Drive 360° brand campaigns across digital, social, influencer, marketplace, retail, and offline channels
- Build compelling product and collection storytelling to strengthen brand equity and improve customer recall
- Partner closely with growth, creative, content, influencer, product, and marketplace teams to deliver cohesive brand execution
- Lead launch communication including naming, packaging direction, messaging, and go-to-market support
- Use consumer insights, category trends, and competitor intelligence to refine brand strategy
- Oversee creative development including shoots, packaging, visual assets, campaign concepts, and communication guidelines
- Manage external agencies, creative partners, and vendors to ensure quality and consistency
What We’re Looking For
- 4–5 years of experience in brand marketing / brand management for consumer-facing brands
- Strong preference for candidates from beauty, fragrance, personal care, fashion, lifestyle, or premium D2C / consumer brands
- Proven ability to lead brand strategy, integrated campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional execution
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, storytelling, visual communication, and brand building
- Commercially aware with the ability to balance brand building with business outcomes
- Hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced founder-led environment
