Social Media Manager
Remote (England) | £25,000 – £35,000
We're working with a growing lifestyle DTC brand looking for a creative Social Media Manager to help produce engaging content, support influencer campaigns and grow its social channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone with around 1–3 years' experience who loves creating content, spotting trends and bringing ideas to life. You'll work closely with an experienced Creative Lead while developing your skills across social media and influencer marketing.
The Role
This is a hands-on role focused on creating engaging content and supporting influencer activity. You'll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas, stay on top of trends and help grow the brand across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Social Media & Content (Approx. 60%)
- Create, film and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
- Schedule and publish social media content.
- Support content planning and campaign execution.
- Spot trends and contribute new creative ideas.
- Monitor engagement and report on content performance.
- Create short-form content using Canva and CapCut.
2. Influencer Marketing (Approx. 40%)
- Research creators aligned with the brand.
- Help coordinate influencer campaigns.
- Liaise with the external influencer agency.
- Review influencer content before it goes live.
- Track campaign performance.
- Build relationships with creators.
About You

Experience Required
- Around 1–3 years' experience in a social media, content or influencer marketing role.
- Experience working within a consumer or DTC brand.
- Comfortable filming and editing your own content.
- Experience supporting influencer campaigns.
- Strong eye for design, styling and aesthetics.
- Experience using Canva and CapCut.
- Portfolio or examples of content you've personally created.
