Zanda Financial Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer with a minimum of three years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in graphic design, multimedia content creation, and digital marketing visuals. This role focuses on developing engaging and consistent visual content across various digital platforms, video production, and local marketing materials, all while adhering to brand guidelines. The candidate will collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to create compelling designs that resonate with targeted audiences, particularly in the Pakistani market. Effective communication, a creative mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment are essential for success in this position.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating short-form social media videos
Familiarity with fintech, mobile apps, or digital products
Experience working with marketing or growth teams
Understanding of local Pakistani social media trends
Responsibilities
- 1. Social Media Content Design
Design visual content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Create static graphics, motion graphics, short videos, and marketing creatives for digital campaigns.
Work closely with the marketing team to produce localized content suitable for Pakistani audiences.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Production & Shooting
Plan and execute video shooting for marketing campaigns, product promotion, and social media content.
Operate camera equipment and coordinate video production when needed.
Edit videos including short-form content for TikTok / Reels / YouTube Shorts.
Produce explainer videos, promotional content, and testimonial videos.
- Website Design & Digital Assets
Design website pages, landing pages, and digital banners to support marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design assets are properly implemented.
Create visual elements for mobile app promotion and online advertisements.
- PR & Local Marketing Materials
Design event materials such as banners, posters, roll-ups, and promotional assets for local marketing events.
Support PR campaigns by preparing visual materials, press graphics, and brand assets.
Assist in creating content for offline marketing activities and partnerships.
- Brand Visual Management
Maintain and organize the company’s visual asset library.
Ensure all designs follow the brand identity guidelines.
Continuously improve visual storytelling and creative direction.
