Position Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Process Management
- Owns end-to-end execution of assigned marketing campaigns and content projects.
- Own and drive end-to-end execution of content plans across all platforms (FB, IG, X, Threads, TikTok, XiaoHongShu).
- Translate campaign strategies into engaging, platform-native content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Ensures timely and high-quality delivery of content across all touchpoints (paid & owned media).
- Ensure all content is delivered on time, on brand, and at the highest quality across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Coordinates with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, design, product) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Support campaigns with broader content needs including app push notifications, EDMs, and in-app placements.
- Tracks campaign performance and provides insights for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities to maintain a strong pulse on trends & platform updates, to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.
Community & Social Management
- Oversee community engagement strategies to foster an active and loyal audience.
- Guide responses to comments, messages, and social interactions in alignment with brand tone and guidelines.
- Work closely with Customer Service teams to manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor social sentiment and conversations to identify risks and opportunities.
Influencer & Collaboration Management
- Lead identification, engagement, and relationship management with KOLs and KOCs.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including briefing, negotiation, execution, and performance tracking.
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand direction and campaign objectives.
People Management
- Provides structured guidance to junior team members (Executives & Senior Executives) on how to execute tasks effectively.
- Leads execution timelines, ensuring accountability and clarity within the team.
- Coaches team members on best practices in campaign implementation and content creation.
- Guide and mentor junior team members in content execution, best practices, and platform knowledge.
- Improve workflows, processes, and content production efficiency.
- Ensure clear timelines, accountability, and quality control across all deliverables.
Other Responsibilites
- Authority to represent ZUS Coffee in agency and vendor discussions and meetings related to campaign execution and content development.
- Approval authority for campaign & content-related expenditures, ensuring alignment with the pre-approved company budget.
- Conducts performance evaluations for direct reports and recommendations for salary adjustments, promotions, or other personnel actions (subject to HR and management approval).
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in content marketing, social media, campaign management, content creation, digital marketing, or campaign execution.
- Prior experience in retail, F&B, startups, or creative agencies is preferred.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end content production and social media platforms.
- Experience in managing a team is an added bonus.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels, campaign mechanics, and execution processes.
- Strong content creation capability (ideation, scripting, shooting, editing).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimize accordingly.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and content performance tracking.
- Good understanding of the Malay community (urban and mass).
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is a bonus.
- Ability to guide and mentor junior team members in campaign execution.
