We are seeking a Mid to Senior Interior Designer to join our Brisbane-based Architecture and Interior Design studio, working across workplace, building refurbishment, education, and heatlhcare interiors.
This is a delivery-focused role suited to an Interior Designer who is confident running projects with minimal supervision, while contributing to a highly collaborative studio-based design process where ideas are developed, tested, and refined as a team. You will work across all project stages, from concept through to construction, with direct access to our Director and senior team members.

More About the Role
Key Role Requirements include your Ability to :
· Deliver interior projects from concept through to construction documentation
· Translate design intent into clear, buildable documentation
· Contribute to consultant coordination and construction-phase delivery
Your Responsibilities will Include:
· Developing space planning, concept designs, and presentation material
· Actively contributing to collaborative concept development sessions and design reviews
· Presenting design work clearly and confidently to clients
· Independently developing designs, and develop tender + construction documentation
· Coordinating consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout project delivery
· Managing interior design delivery through the on-site construction phase of projects
· Contributing to marketing material, submissions, and studio initiatives as required
About You
Your Experience and Capabilities:
· 5+ years’ professional experience delivering commercial, healthcare and education interior projects
· Strong design capability combined with a practical, detail-oriented approach
· Proven ability to independently document and deliver interior design projects
· High level of technical proficiency and attention to detail
· Confident working across multiple projects and managing competing deadlines
· Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a small studio environment
Your Qualifications & Software Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
· Proficient in Revit (essential)
· Strong 3D modelling, visualisation, and rendering skills (Enscape preferred)
· Working knowledge of CAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
