E-commerce Associate Jobs in Jakarta, Indonesia at Modinity
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day website operations including product uploads, pricing, stock updates, landing page builds and content changes
- Support execution of website campaigns, promotions, and special events
- Conduct A/B testing on site elements to refine the user journey and increase conversion rates
- Monitor website performance and flag issues related to stock, pricing, or content accuracy
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure all banners and assets are optimized for web and mobile
- Coordinate with warehouse and CS teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer experience
- Assist in analyzing sales data, traffic trends, and campaign performance
- Ensure product listings follow brand and content guidelines
- Support A/B testing initiatives and basic UX improvements
- Perform regular site audits to ensure all links, buttons, and discounts are functioning correctly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or website operations
- Target & detail-oriented with strong execution skills
- Comfortable working with Shopify, Excel, and basic analytics tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Experience in fashion or retail e-commerce is a plus
