Role Description
The Creator Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with content creators, negotiating business terms, and driving sales strategies. The role includes analyzing market trends and performance data to optimize collaboration outcomes. As part of this role, the Manager will also oversee customer service operations and maintain open, effective communication with creators and stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA.

- Strong Business Negotiation and Sales skills to build and manage creator partnerships
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and optimizing business outcomes
- Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders and creators
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and creative environment
- Proven experience in creator commerce or a related role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
