Job Title: Content Manager
Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Content Manager to oversee the development, editing, and execution of engaging content across various digital channels.
This role sits within a web content management team supporting a large-scale business website. The team is responsible for building, editing, and maintaining website content, including creating new pages, launching offers, and supporting an ongoing site migration initiative. The environment is fast-paced, and the team is looking for someone who can quickly grasp concepts and execute with speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and edit web content across the organization’s business website
• Build and launch new website pages and promotional offers
• Partner cross-functionally with UX, Development, and Content/Writing teams to bring digital experiences to life
• Support a variety of web-based projects with approximately 3–5 day turnaround times
• Collaborate with QA to ensure quality and accuracy of content prior to launch
• Balance approximately five concurrent projects per week, with workload varying based on business priorities
Tech/Tools:
• Sitecore 8 and Sitecore 10 (core CMS platforms) — experience with Page Editor and Content Editor preferred due to ongoing migration efforts
• Figma (for UX/design reference)
• ServiceNow or Jira for project intake and workflow management
• Microsoft tools/environment
Ideal Background:
• Experience in web content management and CMS platforms, ideally Sitecore
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with UX, Developers, and Content/Writing teams
• Ability to understand and execute website requirements independently in a fast-moving environment
• HTML and front-end knowledge is a plus, but not required
Team Structure:
• Team consists of three additional editors, including one senior-level editor
• Strong collaboration with the QA team
Additional Details:
• Fully remote opportunity
• Team is currently in the middle of a large website migration effort.
