We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and highly motivated Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, a passion for digital media, and the ability to produce engaging content across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in developing, creating, and managing content that strengthens brand presence, drives engagement, and supports marketing initiatives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and digital campaigns
- Develop creative concepts, captions, scripts, and visual storytelling ideas
- Produce photo, video, and short-form content aligned with brand identity
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and branding teams to execute content strategies
- Plan and manage content calendars and posting schedules
- Research trends, hashtags, and audience insights to improve content performance
- Edit and optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Monitor content performance and provide insights for improvement
- Support campaign development, product launches, and promotional activities
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and quality standards
- Engage with online audiences and support community management when required
- Stay updated on digital trends, social media algorithms, and content best practices
- Assist in basic photography, videography, and editing tasks as needed
- Maintain organized content libraries and creative assets
✅ Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome)
- Strong creativity, storytelling, and visual communication skills
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar)
- Basic photography, videography, and editing skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking ability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Portfolio of content work is highly preferred
