Key Responsibilities
- Generate creative content ideas aligned with Sparks Math's brand, audience, and organic growth goals
- Produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, from scripting to filming and basic editing
- Appear on camera to deliver engaging, educational, and entertaining content
- Translate math and educational topics into simple, relatable, and trend-relevant storytelling
- Publish content consistently and at scale, with frequent testing and iteration
- Monitor and analyze content performance (views, watch time, retention, saves, shares)
- Optimize content based on performance insights and platform trends
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align content with campaigns and messaging
Requirements
- Proven track record of producing monthly FYP or high-performing organic content (portfolio or account examples required)
- Hands-on experience managing or contributing to brand social media accounts (education or consumer brands preferred)
- Experience creating short-form content at scale with frequent posting and testing cycles
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends, and best practices
- Comfortable appearing in front of the camera and storytelling on-screen
- Familiar with basic social media performance metrics such as views, watch time, retention, saves, and shares
- Creative, proactive, and highly adaptive to trends and feedback
