You will transform consumer data into retail market share and lead a high-performing regional team.
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Define the Vision: Shape the three-to-five-year commercial strategy for Hong Kong and Macau.
- Manage the P&L: Own full financial accountability for regional revenue, margins, and operational budgets.
- Drive Innovation: Lead the digital transformation of local commercial infrastructure and business models.
Marketing & Brand Transformation
- Champion the Brand: Direct high-impact marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies across both markets.
- Utilize Consumer Data: Translate regional consumer insights into highly targeted product localization plans.
- Modernize Digital Strategy: Oversee the evolution of social media, influencer marketing, and localized CRM systems.
- Protect Brand Equity: Monitor market positioning to maintain premium brand perception against competitors.
Commercial & Channel Excellence
- Optimize Omnichannel Sales: Oversee sales targets across modern trade, traditional trade, and e-commerce platforms.
- Strengthen Key Accounts: Build strategic partnerships with major retail groups, convenience chains, and buying groups.
- Manage Distribution: Supervise relationships with local third-party distributors and logistics partners in Macau.
- Refine Pricing Strategy: Direct revenue growth management initiatives, including pricing, discounting, and trade terms.
Operations & People Leadership
- Build Talent Pipelines: Mentor and develop the local executive leadership team across marketing, sales, and supply chain.
- Foster Corporate Culture: Drive a collaborative, performance-driven culture that aligns with global corporate values.
- Ensure Compliance: Guarantee total adherence to Hong Kong and Macau labor laws, product regulations, and import rules.
- Report to Board: Deliver regular financial and operational performance updates to headquarters.
The ideal candidate's profile as follows:
Experience & Track Record
- FMCG Leadership: 20+ years of progressive commercial experience, with at least 10 years in a C-suite or business unit head role covering the entire business operation from commercial to back office functions
- Marketing Roots: A career foundation built in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, or Consumer Insights, proving a deep understanding of brand equity.
- HK & Macau Expertise: Proven success navigating the unique retail landscape of Hong Kong and the tourist-driven market dynamics of Macau.
- P&L Mastery: Demonstrated history of managing large-scale budgets ($50M+ USD) with a track record of driving sustainable profit growth.

- Omnichannel Strategy: Deep operational knowledge of modern trade, traditional trade, and localized e-commerce
