We're looking for a Video Content Creator / Multimedia Designer who is equally comfortable behind the camera and inside Adobe Creative Suite. Your primary strength is producing scroll-stopping video content, while your design skills allow you to create polished static visuals and carousel posts that complement every campaign.
This role is video-first, but you'll also play an important role in producing digital creative assets across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do
Video Production
- Plan, light, and shoot high-quality photo and video content for social media campaigns, paid ads, healthcare brands, corporate clients, product launches, interviews, and events.
- Direct talents and ensure excellent lighting, framing, and audio quality throughout production.
Video Editing
- Edit Reels, TikTok videos, Meta ads, LinkedIn videos, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content with strong storytelling, pacing, captions, and sound design.
- Optimise videos for different platforms and campaign objectives.
Graphic Design
- Design engaging static posts, carousel creatives, and digital advertisements for Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Adapt campaign key visuals into multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Prepare presentation visuals and supporting creative assets when required.
Motion Graphics
- Produce clean motion graphics, kinetic typography, transitions, subtitles, and simple animations that elevate campaign performance.
Creative Collaboration
- Contribute ideas during concept development, storyboarding, and campaign planning.
- Work closely with account managers and strategists to turn briefs into compelling visual content.
What You'll Bring
- 3–4 years of experience as a videographer, multimedia designer, or content creator in an agency, production house, or fast-paced in-house marketing team.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both video content and graphic design work, including social media posts, carousel creatives, and advertising campaigns.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience using CapCut Desktop and Figma is an advantage.
- A solid understanding of social media creative best practices across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience operating DJI gimbals or drones.
- Have worked on healthcare, corporate, or consumer brands.
- Understand Meta and TikTok advertising creatives.
- Have strong colour grading and audio editing skills.
- Can confidently take ownership of projects from concept through final delivery.
